两种鼻腔冲洗方法在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜术后护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Two Nasal Irrigation Methods in Nursing Care for Chronic Sinusitis Patients After Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

目的:分析两种鼻腔冲洗方法在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于西双版纳傣族自治州人民医院行鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组术后采用鼻窦负压置换冲洗法,对照组术后采用等渗盐水进行鼻腔冲洗。对比两组干预效果。结果:干预前,两组鼻塞视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、头痛VAS评分、流脓涕VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组鼻塞VAS评分、头痛VAS评分、流脓涕VAS评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组慢性鼻窦炎生活质量问卷(SNOT-22)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SNOT-22评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于等渗盐水鼻腔冲洗,鼻窦负压置换冲洗法在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜术后护理中的应用效果更佳,能有效减轻症状,提升患者生活质量与满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of two nasal irrigation methods in nursing care for chronic sinusitis patients after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery in the People's Hospital of Xishuangbanna Dai Nationality Autonomous Prefecture from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group used nasal sinus negative pressure replacement irrigation method after surgery,while the control group used isotonic saline solution for nasal irrigation after surgery.The intervention effect of two groups was compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of nasal congestion visual analogue scale(VAS),headache VAS and purulent discharge VAS(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of nasal congestion VAS,headache VAS and purulent discharge VAS in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of 22-item Sinonasal Outcome Test(SNOT-22)of chronic sinusitis between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SNOT-22 scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total intervention satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with isotonic saline solution for nasal irrigation,nasal sinus negative pressure replacement irrigation method has better application effects in nursing care for chronic sinusitis patients after nasal endoscopic surgery,and can effectively relieve symptoms,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
