优化急救护理流程在急性有机磷中毒患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Optimized Emergency Care Process in Patients with Acute Organophosphorus Poisoning

目的:分析优化急救护理流程在急性有机磷中毒患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年10月于新沂市人民医院进行急救的急性有机磷中毒患者60例作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,实施常规护理)、观察组(n=30,实施优化急救护理流程)。对比两组患者临床指标、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组解毒药应用时间、抢救时间、留置观察时间、胆碱酯酶>70%所需时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者或家属对于数据记录、协同配合、流程认知、应急处置、管理办法5项指标的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化急救护理流程在急性有机磷中毒患者中的应用效果较好,能够优化急救流程,缩短患者救护时间,减少并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of optimized emergency care process in patients with acute organophospho⁃rus poisoning.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2023,a total of 60 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning who un⁃derwent emergency in Xinyi People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=30,receiving routine care)and the observation group(n=30,receiving optimized emergency care process)according to random number table method.The clinical indicators,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The detoxicant use time,rescue time,observation time and time required for cholinesterase>70%in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of patients or family members for 5 indicators:data recording,coordination and cooperation,process cognition,emergency response and management method in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized emergency care process has good application effects in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning,and can optimize the emergency care process,shorten the rescue time of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
