个体化治疗联合体验式管理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Individualized Treatment Combined with Experiential Management in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨个体化治疗联合体验式管理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年2月—2024年2月东营市第二人民医院社会卫生科收治的90例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用个体化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用体验式管理。对比两组干预效果。结果:干预前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组饮食、用药、运动、足部护理、血糖监测、高/低血糖处理评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组饮食、用药、运动、足部护理、血糖监测、高/低血糖处理评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化治疗联合体验式管理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,可以更好地控制患者血糖水平,提升患者自我管理水平,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized treatment combined with experiential management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Social Health Department of The Second People's Hospital of Dongying from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received individualized treatment,and the observation group received experiential management on the basis of control group.The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results:Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups decreased,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in diet,medication,exercise,foot care,blood glucose monitoring,and hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia treatment scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the diet,medication,exercise,foot care,blood glucose monitoring,and hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia treatment scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized treatment combined with experiential management has significant application effects in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can better control the blood glucose levels of patients,improve the self-management level of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
