萨提亚模式团体心理辅导缓解医学生寝室冲突的个案研究

A case study of Satir model group psychological counseling alleviating dormitory conflict of medical college students

目的考查萨提亚模式团体心理辅导对医学生寝室冲突干预的效果。方法选择安徽某医学院2022级1个存在寝室人际关系冲突、渴望缓解宿舍矛盾并提升自己人际关系的宿舍的6位同学为研究对象,用人际关系综合诊断量表、自尊量表进行前测,接着进行萨提亚模式的团体心理辅导(每次90 min,共6次),团辅前后21 d晚上睡前进行萨提亚冥想,用人际关系综合诊断量表、自尊量表、自编团辅活动效果评估问卷进行后测评估干预效果,1个月后进行跟踪访谈。结果团辅前后寝室成员人际困扰、成员自尊水平均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其差异幅度Cohen's d值分别为1.753、1.913,差异幅度非常大。结论采用萨提亚模式团体心理辅导,可以有效缓解医学生寝室冲突。

Objective To investigate the effect of the Satir model group counseling on dormitory conflict among medical college students.Methods Six students from a dormitory of a medical college who had interpersonal conflicts and desired to improve their interpersonal relationships were selected as subjects.Pre-tests were conducted using the interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnostic scale and the self-esteem scale.They then received the Satir model group psychological counseling(once a week,90 minutes each session,for a total of 6 sessions).Satir meditation was conducted each evening for 21 days before bedtime following the group counseling.Post-tests were administered using the interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnostic scale,the self-esteem scale,and a self-made questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the group counseling activities.Follow-up interviews were conducted one month later.Results There was a significant difference in interpersonal disturbance and self-esteem levels among dormitory members before and after the Satir model group counseling(P<0.05),with Cohen's d values of 1.753 and 1.913,respectively,indicating a very large effect size.Conclusions The Satir model group counseling can effectively alleviate dormitory conflicts among medical college students.
