摘要
提升教育质量和深化改革的现实需要使得教育实践对专家的需求有增无减。对“专家”概念进行分析可以得出其判断标准和运用策略,教育专家是“在特定教育领域内具备深厚且精专的专业知识,并且能够利用这些专业知识为他人解答困惑和解决问题的人”,教育实践者可以通过“专”“精”“深”“成”四个核心维度辨别其真伪,从专业细分维度来判断其适切性。为充分发挥教育专家在教育改进行动中的功能和价值,教育实践者需要:判断教育专家的真实性与适切性;修炼自身的专家专长鉴赏力;保障专家意见的竞争性;适时借助第三方机构选聘与组织专家;保护并发挥自己的主体性地位和作用。
The practical needs for quality improvement and deepened reform have led to an increasing demand for experts in educational practice.Analyzing the concept of"experts"can provide criteria for their evaluation and strategies for their application.An educational expert is someone who possesses deep and specialized knowledge in a particular educational field and is able to use this expertise to solve problems and answer questions for others.Educational practitioners can distinguish the authenticity of experts through four core dimensions:specialization,precision,depth,and achievement,and judge their suitability.To fully harness the function and value of educational experts in the reform of educational practices,practitioners need to:assess the authenticity and relevance of educational experts;cultivate their own expertise appreciation skills;ensure the competitiveness of expert opinions;appropriately leverage the role of thirdparty institutions in expert recruitment and organization;and protect and enhance their own autonomy and agency as active participants in the process.
