摘要
因制罐厂降本需求,铝罐轻量化成为研究的热点,罐体料用铝板厚度减薄是轻量化的重要途径。铝板带减薄对铝罐的生产工艺及性能要求相对变得更为苛刻,在同样的制罐拉伸比情况下会带来罐底耐压不足,罐体轴向承压能力不稳定,制罐过程中断罐率增加,罐底起皱及罐口开裂风险升高等弊端,对罐料厚度控制难度也相对增加。本文针对铝材厚度减薄对制罐的影响进行分析,并从影响材料及制罐质量的几个方面给出相应的改善措施,有利于铝板带供应商与制罐客户的协调。
For the sake of cost reduction of can makers,lightweighting of aluminum cans has become a hot research topic.Thickness reduction of aluminum can sheet has become an important way to achieve lightweighting,and it requires more stringent aluminum processing techniques and aluminum sheet performance.Under the same can making stretching ratio,thickness reduction will lead to insufficient pressure resistance at can bottom,unstable axial pressure bearing capacity of the can body,higher interruption rate in the can making process,more wrinkling at can bottom,more cracking at can mouth,and more difficulty in controlling the can thickness.This article analyzes and discusses the influence of aluminum thickness reduction on can making,and provides corresponding improvement measures and suggestions from several aspects that affect material and canning quality,which is beneficial for the coordination of aluminum sheet suppliers and customers'production trials.
