中国经济形态朝向高质量服务化演进具有客观规律性,这也是中国式现代化对高质量服务经济提出的时代要求。高质量服务经济是基于服务化的新的经济发展形态,相较于一般的服务化,在供给需求维度、生产分配维度及整体经济循环维度均提出了更高的质量要求。当前,我国距离实现高质量服务经济还存在要素供给与产业需求适配度低、生产性服务业的前后向关联弱,以及服务业内部结构和服务出口贸易结构相对低端等问题。推动我国高质量服务经济发展的核心是以人民为中心,强调人民在经济社会发展中的主体作用与地位,在分析和解决一切服务经济问题时要将解决好人民最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题放在首位,不断满足人民对美好生活的向往。在以人民为中心的核心原则指引下,要付诸发展高质量服务经济的行动,必须走可行性高、有效性强的实践路径。而数字经济对以人民为中心推动高质量服务经济发展的赋能作用具有循序渐进的阶段性,需要充分发挥人的主观能动性,更好地认识和发展不同阶段数字经济的赋能作用。

The evolution of China's economic form towards high-quality services has objective laws,which is also the requirement of the Chinese path to modernization for the high-quality service economy.The highquality service economy is a new form of service-based economic development.Compared with general service-based economic development,it puts forward higher quality requirements in supply and demand,production distribution,and overall economic cycle.At present,China still faces challenges such as low compatibility between factor supply and industrial demand,weak forward and backward linkage in the productive service industry,and low-end internal and export trade structures in the service industry to achieve a highquality service economy.China puts people in the first place in the development of high-quality service economy,emphasizing the main role and position of people in economic and social development.The analysis and solving of all problems in the service economy need to prioritize the practical problems that are of most concern to the people and most directly affect their interests for constantly satisfying their aspirations for a better life.According to the core principle of putting people in the first place,China needs to follow a feasible and effective practical path to develop a high-quality service economy.The digital economy empowers the peoplecentered development of high-quality service economy in a phased manner.Therefore,it is necessary to fully tap into people's subjective initiative and well understand and develop the empowering role of the digital economy in different phases.
