摘要
冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)是目前临床指南推荐的稳定性胸痛病人的一线检查方法,而最近投入临床应用的具有超高分辨力的光子计数CT(PCD-CT)相比传统CT有更高的空间分辨力、更低的电离辐射等优势,在冠状动脉疾病(CAD)的评估中已呈现很好的应用前景。就PCD-CT的技术特点及在CCTA的临床应用和进展进行评述。
Coronary CT angiography(CCTA)is currently recommended by clinical guidelines as a first-line diagnostic method for patients with stable chest pain.The recently introduced photon-counting detector CT(PCD-CT),which offers ultra-high resolution,has advantages over traditional CT,including higher spatial resolution and lower ionizing radiation.PCD-CT shows great potential in the evaluation of coronary artery disease.This paper reviews the technical characteristics of PCD-CT and its clinical application and advancements in CCTA.
