“三全育人”视域下高校协同育人体系建设研究——以土木工程专业为例

摘要 构建“三全育人”协同育人体系是中国特色社会主义教育事业的核心任务,是我国实施人才强国战略的重要举措。围绕土木类高校土木工程专业在“三全育人”协同育人体系建设中存在的问题,从“三全育人”的教育视角,探讨了全员参与、全过程参与、全方位联动的协同育人路径,分别从构建全员参与的协同育人体系、时间维度上的动态全程协同育人体系、空间维度上的全方位协同育人体系三方面展开研究和体系建设实践,有利于更好地共同助力育人实效,为“三全育人”协同育人体系建设提供参考。 Building a collaborative education system of“three-wide education”is the core task of socialist education with Chinese characteristics and an important measure for China to implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents.Focusing on the problems in the construction of the“three-wide education”collaborative education system for civil engineering majors,this paper explored the collaborative education path of full staff participation,full process participation,and complete education environment from the perspective of“three-wide education”.Three aspects were conducted,that is,building a collaborative education system with full participation,a dynamic and comprehensive system in the time dimension,and a comprehensive system in the spatial dimension.It is conducive to better jointly assisting in the effectiveness of education and providing reference for the construction of the“three-wide education”collaborative education system.
