高职院校“体育”课混合教学模式构建与应用——以简化24式太极拳课堂教学为例

摘要 为提高高职院校学生体育基本素质、贯彻落实“文体兼修,以体促文”的体育素质教育理念,高职院校将太极传统文化融入“体育”课堂教学中以促进学生综合素养的提升。在推进教学改革的过程中,可构建“线上+线下”混合教学模式,发挥信息技术优势,提高体育教学质量与效率。通过对高职院校构建体育课混合教学模式的重要性加以分析,探讨了混合教学模式构建流程,并以简化24式太极拳课堂教学为例,对高职院校“体育”混合教学实践展开讨论,以期为相关教学活动提供参考。 In order to improve the basic physical education quality of vocational college students and implement the concept of“combining sports and literature,promoting physical education and literature”,vocational colleges have integrated the traditional culture of Tai Chi into physical education classroom teaching,promoting the improvement of students’comprehensive literacy.In the process of promoting teaching reform,a mixed teaching model of“online+offline”can be constructed to leverage the advantages of information technology and improve the quality and efficiency of physical education teaching.The article analyzes the importance of constructing a mixed teaching mode for physical education courses in vocational colleges,explores the process of constructing a mixed teaching mode,and takes the simplified 24 style Tai Chi classroom teaching as an example to discuss the practice of mixed teaching in physical education in vocational colleges,in order to provide reference for related teaching activities.
