“俱乐部+”老年教育的价值意蕴、自组织逻辑与实践路径

摘要 在积极老龄化和终身学习理念的影响下,老年人对教育的需求日趋广泛和迫切。相较于理性和逻辑性教育,老年教育学员更能接受激发其感性和想象的教育活动,更倾向于“自我导向为主”、能够满足老年人“偏好”的情感体验式的俱乐部式教学活动。“俱乐部+”老年教育具有“学习系统的开放性、学习动力的内生性、学习资源的生长性、学习形式的多样性、学习收费的适配性”五个维度的特征,充分体现了其发展价值,其“自我驱动”和“有序发展”的特征契合发展的自组织逻辑。“俱乐部+”老年教育主要有中心辐射模式、社区入驻模式、养老院入驻模式、企业举办模式、学校共建模式五种模式。自组织理论视角下“俱乐部+”老年教育的实践路径包括:培育发展团体或互助小组,建设老年学习共同体;充分利用物理空间和网络空间,营造开放协同的学习环境;提供适切完备的政策保障,增加自组织学习的有效能量;正规与非正规学习相结合,提升俱乐部老年学习活力。 Under the influence of active aging and the concept of lifelong learning,the demand for education among the elderly is becoming increasingly extensive and urgent.Compared to rational and logical education,elderly education students are more willing to accept educational activities that stimulate their emotions and imagination,and tend to prefer club-style teaching activities that are self-directed and can meet the emotional preferences of the elderly.Club Plus elderly education has five characteristics of openness of learning system,endogeneity of learning motivation,growth of learning resources,diversity of learning forms,and adaptability of learning fees,fully reflecting its development value.Its characteristics of self-driven and orderly development fit the self-organizing logic of development.There are five main modes:center radiation mode,community settlement mode,nursing home settlement mode,enterprise hosting mode,and school co-construction mode.The practical path of Club Plus elderly education from the perspective of Self-Organizing Theory includes several key components.These are cultivating and developing groups or mutual aid groups,and building elderly learning communities;making full use of physical and cyberspace to create an open and collaborative learning environment;and providing appropriate and comprehensive policy guarantees to increase the effective energy of self-organized learning.Additionally,it involves combining formal and informal learning to enhance the vitality of elderly learning in the club.
