摘要
应用型本科产教融合共同体是一个由政府、高校、行业、企业等主体协同合作而构成的共生共赢、和谐发展的生态系统。当前产教融合还存在校企价值利益差异、校企权责不够清晰、政府职能发挥不足、行业组织引领不强等问题。政校行企等生态主体要基于一定的价值认同与战略共识,以责任担当为使命,以互利共赢与情感合作为纽带,构建集战略共识、利益共享、治理共建、责任共担、情感共鸣于一体的命运共同体,促进教育系统与产业系统的良性互动和有序发展,形成相融共生、命运与共的产教融合生态系统。
The application-oriented undergraduate education industry-education integration community is a symbiotic ecosystem formed by collaborative cooperation among various entities such as government,universities,industries,and enterprises,which promotes win-win and harmonious development.Currently,there are still problems such as value interest differences between schools and enterprises,unclear rights and responsibilities between schools and enterprises,insufficient government functions,and weak leadership from industry organizations.The ecological entities,including government,schools,industries,and enterprises,should build a community of shared destiny based on certain value recognition and strategic consensus.By taking responsibility as their mission and fostering mutual benefit and emotional cooperation as the bond,they can create a community that integrates strategic consensus,shared benefits,co-governance,joint responsibility,and emotional resonance.This will promote healthy interaction and orderly development between the education system and the industrial system,forming an industry-education integration ecosystem characterized by symbiosis and a shared destiny.
