摘要
产业数字化转型之基、技能型社会建设之要与经济高质量发展之需是职业院校数字技能人才培养的时代诉求。培养标准之困、课程设置之困、师资短缺之困以及实践薄弱之困是职业院校数字技能人才培养的现实困境。基于此,职业院校数字技能人才培养应做到:以行业需求和趋势为准则,系统制定培养标准;以突出实践导向为重点,科学设置课程;以提升数字胜任力为旨向,加强教师队伍建设;以综合应用能力培养为引领,提升实践教学效果。
The foundation of industrial digital transformation,the need for building a skilled society,and the need for high-quality economic development are the demands of the times for cultivating digital skilled talents in vocational colleges.The dilemma of cultivating digital skilled talents in vocational colleges lies in the difficulties of training standards,curriculum design,shortage of teaching staff,and weak practice.Based on this,the training of digital skills talent in vocational colleges should achieve the following.First,develop training standards systematically based on industry needs and trends.Second,emphasize practical orientation in curriculum design.Third,strengthen the teaching staff to enhance digital competency.Fourth,focus on cultivating comprehensive application abilities to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching.
