新型乘客信息系统研究

Research on New-type Passenger Information System

城市轨道交通网络的延伸带来多样化的换乘模式和乘客信息需求,不仅乘客需要及时了解列车时刻等动态信息,运营部门还应对乘客服务设施分布、路线导航乃至运营管理、安全指引等诸多方面的信息进行发布。为提升乘客信息服务水平,该研究旨在通过城市轨道交通乘客类别、乘客信息设施配置标准与系统架构融合等方面开展深入研究,同时在深圳地铁既有线车站开展项目实施,提出新型乘客信息与系统概念,完成方案设计并付予实际应用,在多场景信息发布、多媒体信息融合、多区域信息设施等方面具有创新性,在一体化网络架构上具有开拓性,在信息发布功能分区定义、内容与设施、数据结构、互联互通与资源共享方面获得丰富的实践经验。

The extension of the urban rail transit network has brought diversified transfer models and passenger information needs.Not only do passengers need to know dynamic information such as train times in a timely manner,but the operation department also responds to the distribution of passenger service facilities,route navigation and even operation management,safety guidance,etc.Information on many aspects is released.In order to improve the level of passenger information services,this study aims to conduct in-depth research through urban rail transit passenger categories,passenger information facility configuration standards and system architecture integration.At the same time,project implementation is carried out at existing Shenzhen metro stations to propose new passenger information and systems.The concept has completed the scheme design and put it into practical application.It is innovative in multi-scene information release,multimedia information integration,multi-area information facilities,etc.It is pioneering in integrated network architecture and has gained rich practical experience in information release functional partition definition,content and facilities,data structure,interconnection and resource sharing.
