摘要
该文围绕洗涤水系统、排气系统这两部分,针对船舶废气湿法脱硫系统的结构设计方案进行说明,并对船舶废气湿法脱硫系统的硬件设计与布设要求做出分析与阐述。在此基础上,通过对洗涤塔重要结构的强度有限元分析,探讨设备的振动对于结构强度的影响,结果表明,船舶的艉甲板比较适合新加塔房结构的承重;洗涤塔单元基础具有足够的承载能力承受设计载荷。
Focusing on the two parts of the washing water system and the exhaust system,the article explains the structural design plan of the ship exhaust gas wet desulfurization system,and analyzes and expounds the hardware design and layout requirements of the ship exhaust gas wet desulfurization system.On this basis,through finite element analysis of the strength of important structures of the washing tower,the influence of equipment vibration on the structural strength is discussed.The results show that the stern deck of the ship is more suitable for the load-bearing of the newly added tower house structure;the unit foundation of the washing tower has sufficient bearing capacity to withstand the design load.
