A newly-built catalytic cracking unit in a certain enterprise experienced multiple leaks in its 304L caustic solution pipeline during the early stages of operation.Through macroscopic and microscopic analyses of the leak location,the deep-seated causes of caustic solution pipeline leaks were identified and improvement measures were proposed.
