餐饮场所燃气泄漏监控平台的建设与运行

In recent years,gas safety accidents in restaurants have occurred frequently,causing casualties and property losses,and affecting social stability and economic development.Use scientific and technological means to build the last line of defense and strengthen the safety monitoring capabilities of gas catering user terminals.By sorting out and summarizing the construction planning,platform construction,operation implementation,and existing problems of the gas leak monitoring platform in catering establishments,we analyze the relevant innovations and practices of Xiamen City in strengthening safety monitoring of gas users.The platform construction and application realize real-time and online monitoring and early warning of the concentration of gas leaks in catering establishments,ensuring that relevant departments can intervene in a timely manner to deal with gas leaks and control the danger at the initial stage.It provides reference working ideas for improving the technological management level of gas users and promoting the construction of smart cities.
