党建引领乡村治理的实践与思考——以广东省韶关市H村为例

共同富裕的对象是全体人民,不是少数人的富裕,也不是少数地区的富裕。促进共同富裕,最艰巨最繁重的任务在农村。全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。基层党组织在农村社会治理中处于领导核心的地位,发挥着凝聚民心、发动群众、引领发展的作用。该文以H村为范本,H村始终坚持以党建为引领,对乡村治理进行大量实践,取得一定成效。研究发现目前H村在党建引领乡村治理的过程中存在基层基础弱、党员模范带头作用不强等问题。为此,针对目前H村在探索过程中出现的问题,提出一系列优化措施,期望对其他地方的乡村治理问题以及提升各地乡村治理水平和能力,创新乡村治理工作方式提供思路。

The object of common prosperity is all people,not the prosperity of a few people,nor the prosperity of a few areas.To promote common prosperity,the most arduous and arduous task lies in rural areas.To comprehensively build a modern socialist country,the most arduous and arduous tasks still lie in rural areas.Grassroots Party organizations are at the core of leadership in rural social governance and play a role in uniting people's hearts,mobilizing the masses,and leading development.The author uses H Village as a model.H Village has always adhered to the guidance of Party building,carried out a lot of practice on rural governance,and achieved certain results.Research found that Village H currently has problems such as weak grassroots foundation and weak exemplary and leading role of Party members in the process of Party building leading rural governance.To this end,a series of optimization measures are proposed in response to the problems that have arisen during the exploration process of Village H,hoping to provide ideas for rural governance issues in other places,improving the level and capabilities of rural governance in various places,and innovating rural governance work methods.
