新质生产力助推南疆羊产业高质量发展研究

为促进南疆羊产业的高质量发展,该文采用对比分析法,结合新质生产力与南疆羊产业高质量发展的内涵与内在联系的分析,提出以新质生产力助推南疆羊产业高质量发展的路径。新质生产力具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征,但目前南疆羊产业存在的主要问题有生产方式落后、产品科技含量低且品质不高、产业链不完善,以及羊养殖和管理人才匮乏等,与新质生产力的高科技、高质量、高能效的要求相比存在一定的差距;对此,在国家大力提倡以新质生产力促进畜牧业发展的情况下,可以采取科技创新引领产业升级、加强品种改良和疫病防控技术研究、优化产业结构提升附加值、加强区域内外的合作、完善应用型技术人才的培养和培训,从而在自给自足的基础上推动南疆羊产业的高质量发展。
