摘要
植物组织培养是植物生物学和农业科学领域中的一种革命性技术,是植物繁殖、生物多样性保护、遗传操作和品种改良的一种高效方法。同时,植物组织培养技术还是农学类本科专业学习的一门基础性课程,由于其理论课程内容复杂且较为抽象,学生必须借助具体的实验课程对重要的知识点和内容加以理解和掌握。因此,实验课程的教学质量对于学生知识的掌握和实验技能的培养具有重要意义。该文以扬州大学农学院开设的农学类植物组织培养技术实验课为例,针对传统植物组织培养技术实验课教学中存在的问题进行优化与创新。从教学内容、教学方法和评价体系等方面优化植物组织培养技术实验课教学体系,营造学研相结合的教学氛围,提高实验教学质量并促进师生之间的交流和互动,为新时期农学专业发展奠定基础。
,students must use specific experimental courses to understand and master important knowledge points and content.Therefore,the teaching quality of experimental courses is of great significance to students'mastery of knowledge and the cultivation of experimental skills.This paper takes the agricultural plant tissue culture experimental course offered by the College of Agriculture of Yangzhou University as an example to optimize and innovate the problems existing in the teaching of traditional plant tissue culture experimental courses.The teaching system of plant tissue culture experimental courses has been optimized from aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and evaluation system,created a teaching atmosphere that combines study and research,improved the quality of experimental teaching and promoted exchanges and interactions between teachers and students,thereby laying the foundation for the development of agronomy majors in the new period.
