高精度燃气轮机高温透平叶片逆向设计技术开发-叶身部分

摘要 高温透平叶片的高精度逆向设计技术开发对燃气轮机高温部件的设计与工业应用具有重要意义。高温透平叶片逆向设计的精确程度,决定了逆向设计开发的高温透平叶片的气动、冷却和强度性能及其铸造、加工、装焊、装配的工艺可行性,对高温部件的工业应用程度具有决定性意义。文章针对燃气轮机高温透平部件的叶身部分,提出高精度高温透平叶片逆向设计开发技术,同时提出逆向设计评估方法,对逆向设计结果进行了全面评估。 Development of high-precision reverse design technology for high temperature turbine blades(HTTBs)is significant for the design and industrial application of gas turbine hot section components.The precision of reverse design of HTTBs determines the aerodynamic,cooling,and strength performance of the reverse designed HTTBs,as well as the feasibility of casting,processing,welding,and assembly processes,which is of decisive significance for the industrial application of gas turbine hot components.This study proposes a high-precision HTTB reverse design and development technology for the airfoil part of gas turbine hot components.Additionally,a reverse design evaluation method is proposed to comprehensively evaluate the reverse design results.
