摘要
文章针对某CO_(2)透平排气室进行数值计算,分析了排气室特征截面的流场。对入口段,扩张段、蜗壳、排气管段压损分别进行计算,得到排气室中损失最大的位置是蜗壳内。蜗壳截面形状直接影响涡的大小和数量,影响总压损失,扩张段宽度与末级叶高相等时损失较小。
The exhaust chamber is a component with large loss in turbine flow,so its performance directly affects the economy of turbine.In this paper,the numerical calculation of a CO_(2)turbine exhaust chamber is carried out,and the flow field of the characteristic section of the exhaust chamber is analyzed.The total pressure losse of inlet section,expansion section,volute and exhaust pipe section are calculated respectively.It is obtained that the position with the largest loss in the exhaust chamber is in the volute.The volute section shape directly affects the size and number of vortices and the total pressure loss.The losse of exhaust chamber is smaller when the expansion section width is equal to the last stage blade height.
