某华龙一号汽轮机轴承箱油液位高分析及处理

摘要 针对某华龙一号(HPR1000)汽轮机轴承箱油液位高产生涌流效应导致汽轮机多次探头故障跳机问题,分析原因水跃现象造成流体流道拥堵,对轮最低处离设计回油液位安全距离过低,润滑油供油量偏大等因素综合导致。为消除涌流效应带来的机组运行风险,在汽轮机运行期间设计1套动力回油系统来消除轴承箱液位高问题,施工完成后轴承箱涌流现象消失,回油平稳顺畅。 In response to the surge effect caused by high oil level in the bearing box of a certain HPR1000 steam turbine,which resulted in multiple probe failures and tripping of the turbine,the reasons for the water jump phenomenon causing fluid flow channel congestion,the safety distance between the lowest point of the turbine and the designed return oil level being too low,and the excessive lubricating oil supply were analyzed.To eliminate the operational risks caused by surge effects,a power return oil system is designed during the operation of the steam turbine to eliminate the problem of high liquid level in the bearing box.After the construction is completed,the surge phenomenon in the bearing box disappears and the return oil is smooth and stable.
