建设工程对水文观测的影响分析——以海河防潮闸除险加固工程为例

摘要 海河防潮闸除险加固工程位于国家基本水文站海河闸水文站10 km范围内,根据《水文观测环境和设施保护办法》,建设单位应当采取相应措施,在征得对水文测站有管理权限的流域管理机构或水行政主管部门同意后方可建设。分析了海河防潮闸除险加固工程对海河闸水文站观测影响情况,提出了合理可行的补救措施及建议,以减轻或消除对水文观测的影响。 Haihe Tide Gate reinforcement project is located within 10 kilometers of Haihe Gate hydrology station,which belongs to the national basic hydrology station.According to the"hydrological monitoring environment and facility protection Measures",the construction unit should take corresponding measures.The station can be constructed only with the consent of the basin management authority or the water administration department that has administrative authority over the hydrological station.In this paper,the influence of Haihe Tide Gate reinforcement project on the monitoring of hydrology station of Haihe sluice is analyzed,and reasonable and feasible remedial measures and suggestions are put forward to reduce or eliminate the influence.
