当前人类正处在一个挑战层出不穷、风险日益增多的时代。当今时代变化赋予和平与发展时代主题新的内容,合作、共赢为解决和平与发展问题提供了机遇。坚持和平、发展、合作、共赢,不仅是一个摒弃零和博弈传统思维的理性判断,而且是一场在不确定的世界中寻求确定性、在发展中寻求安全、在合作中消除风险、在追寻和平发展中构建人类命运共同体的伟大实践。中国在当今时代走和平发展的新型现代化国家之路,是基于中华文明价值追求和中国根本利益的战略抉择,是中国共产党的坚定选择,符合中国式现代化发展的内在要求,走出了国与国平等交往的新路。我们要在解决时代问题中掌握历史主动,顺应和平发展、合作共赢的世界大势和时代潮流,努力实现高质量发展和高水平安全相互促进,在不确定的世界中寻求确定性,在维护世界和平、促进共同发展的实践中让人类命运共同体理念变为现实。

Currently,human beings are in an era of constant challenges and increasing risks.The changes of era have endowed new contents to the epochal theme of peace and development,and cooperation for mutual benefit provides opportunities for dealing with the issues of peace and development.The adherence to peace,development and cooperation for mutual benefit is not only a rational judgment that abandons traditional thinking of zero-sum game,but also a great practice of seeking certainty in an uncertain world,striving for security in development,eliminating risks in cooperation,and building human community with a shared future in the pursuit of peaceful development.China’s path of peaceful development as a new modern country in current era is a strategic choice based on the value pursuit of Chinese civilization and China’s fundamental interests.It is a firm choice of the CPC,conforms to the internal requirements of Chinese path to modernization,and is a new path of equal exchanges between countries.We must take historical initiatives in solving the problems of the times,follow the global and contemporary trend of peaceful development and cooperation for mutual benefit,strive to achieve mutual promotion of high-quality development and high-level security,seek certainty in an uncertain world,and turn the concept of human community with a shared future into reality in the practice of maintaining world peace and promoting common development.
