地铁车站抗裂方式应用及效果探究

摘要 大体积混凝土在浇筑时由于混凝土体积过大,导致散热条件不佳,产生水化热集中现象,并由此导致混凝土内外温差过大,表面降温过快,造成混凝土产生较严重的裂缝。采取多种混凝土抗裂方式来减少裂缝的发展以减少后期补漏成本。并且通过预埋测温件的方式进行测温试验,以此对混凝土温度进行监测。最终统计得到裂缝发展情况,与不采取抗裂措施的混凝土进行对比,发现抗裂成效明显,可为同类工程提供参考。 Mass concrete is prone to poor heat dissipation during pouring because the concrete volume is too large,which leads to the phenomenon of hydration heat concentration.As a result,the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete is too large,and the surface cooling is too fast,which is very easy to cause more serious cracks in the concrete.Many studies have been conducted on this topic.Based on these studies,various cracking control techniques have been adopted to reduce the developement of cracks and reduce the cost of crack repair.Additionally,temperature monitoring tests are conducted using embedded temperature sensors to monitor the concrete’s temperature.Ultimately,the crack development situation is statistically compared with concrete that does not use crack control techniques.The results show significant crack control techniques effectiveness,providing a reference for similar projects.
