摘要
我国现行的烧结普通砖抗压强度检测方法主要有试验法和回弹法,试验法必然要面对现场取样难的事实,而回弹法则存在现场工作量大、破坏面积大、精度不高的问题。通过使用水冷钻芯机对烧结普通砖进行钻芯取样,结合试验和数理统计方法,阐述烧结普通砖抗压强度平均值的确定方法和标准值的推导公式,并依据抗压强度值对烧结普通砖的强度等级进行判定,不仅为烧结普通砖抗压强度检测提供了一种新的检测手段,同时为推动烧结普通砖的现场检测方法的发展起到了积极作用。
The current methods for testing the compressive strength of sintered ordinary bricks in China mainly include the testing method and the rebound method.The testing method inevitably faces the fact that on-site sampling is difficult,while the rebound method has problems such as large on-site workload,large damage area,and low accuracy.By using a water-cooled core drilling machine to drill and sample sintered ordinary bricks,combined with experimental and mathematical statistical methods,this paper elaborates on the determination method of the average compressive strength of sintered ordinary bricks and the derivation formula of the standard value.Based on the compressive strength value,the strength grade of sintered ordinary bricks is judged,which not only provides a new detection method for compressive strength testing of sintered ordinary bricks,but also plays a positive role in promoting the development of on-site testing methods for sintered ordinary bricks.
