摘要
可持续发展是资源的永续利用和生态环境的协调稳定。在参数本地化修正的基础上,对株洲市2002—2018年生态足迹进行了分析,并对株洲市的可持续发展状况进行了评价。结果表明:株洲市人均生态足迹由2002年的1.543 1 hm^(2)逐步增加到2015年的最高值2.346 0 hm^(2),随后又下降到2018年的1.857 3 hm^(2),总体呈先增长后降低的态势;同期人均可利用生态承载力呈现下降状态,由2002年的0.509 6 hm^(2)波动下降到2018年的0.476 7 hm^(2);人均生态赤字呈增长趋势,由2002年的-1.033 5 hm^(2)逐年变化到2018年的-1.380 6 hm^(2);研究期内株洲市万元GDP生态足迹呈下降趋势,生态足迹利用效率逐步上升,生态可持续指数呈先下降后上升的趋势。当地政府应积极采取措施,加强生态保护,实现经济社会可持续发展。
The sign of sustainable development is the sustainable use of resources and coordination and stability of ecological environment.This paper analyzed the ecological footprint of Zhuzhou City from 2002 to 2018 based on parameter localization correction,and evaluated the sustainable development status of Zhuzhou City.The results showed that the per capita ecological footprint of Zhuzhou City had gradually increased from 1.5431 hm^(2) in 2002 to the highest value of 2.3460 hm^(2) in 2015;subsequently,it decreased to 1.8573 hm^(2) in 2018,showing an overall trend of first increasing and then decreasing.During the same period,the per capita available ecological carrying capacity showed a decreasing trend,fluctuating from 0.5096 hm^(2) in 2002 to 0.4767 hm^(2) in 2018.While the per capita ecological deficit showed an increasing trend,changing from-1.0335 hm^(2) in 2002 to-1.3806 hm^(2) in 2018.During the research period,the ecological footprint of 10000 yuan GDP in Zhuzhou City showed a downward trend,and the utilization efficiency of ecological footprint gradually increased.Ecological sustainability index showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The local government should actively take measures to strengthen ecological protection and achieve sustainable economic and social development.
