摘要
CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术因周期短、效率及精确度高、载体构建简单等优点,成为目前作物抗性品种选育的最佳分子育种工具。概述了CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑系统的基本原理,分析总结了该系统在作物抗旱性、抗盐性、抗冷性、抗重金属盐及抗除草剂品种选育中的应用,以期为进一步利用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术选育更多优质作物抗性品种提供参考。
In recent years,CRISPR/Cas9 genome-editing technology has become the best molecular breeding tool for selecting resistant crop varieties due to its merits,such as short period,high efficiency and accuracy,simple vector construction.This review generalized the basic principle of CRISPR/Cas9 genome-editing system,analyzed and summarized the application of this system in breeding varieties with drought resistance,salt resistance,cold resistance,heavy metal salt resistance and herbicide resistance.It aims at providing references for further research which takes CRISPR/Cas9 genome-editing technology as useful tool for the selection of more good-quality resistant varieties of crop.
