植物毛状根研究与应用进展

摘要 植物毛状根是一种特殊表现形式的不定根,由发根农杆菌感染植物外植体创面后诱导转化而产生,因其具有生长速度快、培养便捷、遗传性质稳定、次生代谢物合成能力强等优势而受到关注。植物毛状根诱导培养技术被广泛运用于遗传转化、植株再生、次生代谢产物生产、环境修复等领域。影响植物毛状根诱导及转化效率的因素众多,例如植物种类、外植体类型、发根农杆菌菌株等。同时,在研究应用中存在一些问题,如不同种类植物的毛状根诱导方案难以直接参考使用,规模化、产业化生产水平较低等。对植物毛状根的特性、诱导原理、影响因素、应用现状等进行归纳,可为未来植物毛状根的研究和应用提供参考。 Plant hairy root is a special form of adventitious root,which is produced by Agrobacterium rhizogenes infecting plant explant wounds and inducing transformation.It has attracted attention because of its advantages of fast growth,convenient culture,stable genetic properties and strong ability to synthesize secondary metabolites.Plant hairy root induction culture technology is widely used in genetic transformation,plant regeneration,secondary metabolite production,environmental remediation and other fields.There are many factors that affect the induction and transforma-tion efficiency of plant hairy roots,such as plant species,explant types,Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains,etc.At the same time,there are some problems in the research and application.For example the hairy root induction schemes of different plant species are difficult to use directly,and the level of large-scale and industrialized production is low.The characteristics,induction principle,influencing factors and application status of plant hairy roots were summarized,in order to provide references for the research and application of plant hairy roots in the future.
