摘要
为研究不同基质对‘吉美’海棠(Malus‘Jimei’)生理特性的影响,以‘吉美’海棠为对象,选择3种类型基质,包括对照(CK)、试验处理T 1和试验处理T 2,栽植‘吉美’海棠苗木,测定其相关生理指标,以期找到最佳育苗基质类型。试验结果表明,T 2:园土+玉米秸秆+牛粪(2∶4∶1)可作为‘吉美’海棠苗木的最佳育苗基质类型。
In order to study the effects of different substrates on the physiological characteristics of Malus‘Jimei’,three types of substrates,including the control(CK),experimental treatment T 1,and experimental treatment T 2,to cultivate Malus‘Jimei’seedlings,and physiological indicators were measured to identify the optimal substrate type for seedling cultivation.The results indicated that T 2:garden soil+corn straw+cow manure(2∶4∶1)can be considered the best substrate for Malus‘Jimei’seedlings.
