加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省基础教育《家政学》开设的理念、策略与启示

The Concept,Strategy and Enlightenment of Home Economics Curriculum in British Colum⁃bia Primary and Secondary Schools of Canada

《家政学》是加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省基础教育阶段开设的一门综合实践课程,通过大概念课程模式,注重能力驱动和概念导向,开展家庭生活知识与技能、家庭成员关系、家庭财务管理、家政服务、家政政策和法律等方面教育;以培养学生具有日常生活问题解决、产品创新、处理家庭关系、家庭理财和家政服务等方面能力的有教养公民为理念,为学生的未来幸福生活、职业发展和终身学习打下坚实的基础。该课程在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省实施的过程中,取得良好育人成效,与我国义务教育劳动课程之中的“日常生活劳动”领域功能类似。但我们国家的日常生活劳动设置的理念与内容,因受到“减负”的教育理念与政策的影响,课程功能与内容等方面不健全。加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省《家政学》开设的理念,以及长期实施过程中形成的特色做法和成功经验可以为我国提供借鉴。

Home Economics is a comprehensive practical course offered at the basic education level in British Columbia,Canada.Through a big concept curriculum model,it fo⁃cuses on ability driven and concept oriented education,and provides education on family life knowledge and skills,family member relationships,family financial management,home services,home economics policies,and law;The concept is to cultivate students'ability to solve daily life problems,innovate products,handle family relationships,manage family fi⁃nances,and provide home services as educated citizens,laying a solid foundation for their future happy life,career development,and lifelong learning.During the implementation of this course in British Columbia,Canada,it has achieved good educational results,similar to the function of"daily life labor"in China's compulsory education labor curriculum.Howev⁃er,the concept and content of daily life and labor in our country are not sound in terms of curriculum function and content due to the influence of the educational concept and policy of"reducing burden".By studying the philosophy behind the establishment of Home Eco⁃nomics in British Columbia,Canada,we aim to extract and summarize their unique practic⁃es and successful experiences that have been developed over the long term,in order to draw inspiration from them.
