摘要
融合教育实施是一项世界性难题,从国际组织视野探究该议题具有重要现实意义。以迈克尔·富兰的“简复性”系统变革原理为“镜头”,对UNESCO、OECD和EASNIE的实施方略作综合审思,澄清了“融合教育应如何实施”的问题。整合不同国际组织的视域与主张,融合教育实施应以重塑悦纳多样性的价值共识为基点,以重构包容通用的教学系统为核心,以重建合作参与的组织文化为动力。基于辩证借鉴的立场,我国实施融合教育须加快厘定本土语境下的融合教育概念,深入推进融合教育课程与教学改革,全面加强多元主体融合教育实施能力建设。
The implementation of inclusive education is a global challenge,and it is significant to explore the implementation issue from the perspective of international organi⁃zations.Using Fullan's"simplexity"theory of systemic change as the lens to analyze inclu⁃sive education implementation strategies advocated by UNESCO,OECD and EASNIE.From the comprehensive views of these international organizations,implementing inclusive education should reinstall the value consensus of appreciating diversity as the base point,reconstruct inclusive and universal teaching systems as the core,and rebuild the collabora⁃tive and participatory organization culture as the driver.Based on the critical reference,im⁃plementing inclusive education in China needs to expedite clarifying the definition of inclu⁃sive education in the local context,further promote the inclusive curriculum and teaching reform,and comprehensively strengthen various subjects'capacity building for inclusive ed⁃ucation implementation.
