摘要
针对某铸造车间电炉变压器室,提出了地沟送风+上部机械排风的通风系统设计方案,因地制宜进行系统性设计,针对全年的气候变化进行工况转换和风量调节,在保证变压器正常运转的同时降低通风系统的能耗,并在冬季对电炉变压器室的排风进行了余热利用。
For the electric furnace transformer room of a foundry workshop,the ventilation system design scheme of trench air supply+upper mechanical exhaust air is proposed,which is systematically designed according to local conditions,and the working condition conversion and air volume adjustment are carried out according to the climate change throughout the year,so as to reduce the energy consumption of the ventilation system while ensuring the normal operation of the transformer,and the waste heat utilization of the exhaust air of the electric furnace transformer room is carried out in winter.
