球墨铸铁件壁厚对力学性能及组织的影响

The effect of wall thickness on mechanical properties and organization of ductile iron castings

摘要 通过金相显微镜的观察,系统研究了阶梯试块每一台阶球墨铸铁石墨球数及形态的影响。研究结果表明,在相同碳含量的浇注条件下,由于壁厚的差异,球墨铸铁件的石墨形态及机械性能表现出不同的特点。此外,随着台阶厚度的增加,石墨形态及机械性能的变化趋势也相应发生变化。这些发现对于深入理解球墨铸铁的显微组织和机械性能具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。 The influence of the number and morphology of graphite spheres of ductile iron in each step of the stepped test piece was systematically investigated through the observation of metallographic microscope.The results show that under the casting conditions with the same carbon content,the graphite morphology and mechanical properties of ductile iron parts show different characteristics due to the difference in wall thickness.In addition,with the increase of the step thickness,the trends of graphite morphology and mechanical properties change accordingly.These findings have important theoretical significance and practical application value for a deeper understanding of the microstructure and mechanical properties of ductile iron.
