胆碱酯酶及其抑制剂在心力衰竭中的作用研究进展

摘要 胆碱酯酶(ChE)是由肝脏合成的一种反映肝脏储备状态的关键酶,主要负责水解神经递质乙酰胆碱,并在体内的多种生理过程中发挥关键作用,尤其是在神经信号传导的过程中。近些年研究发现,胆碱酯酶抑制剂(ChEI)对神经系统疾病具有巨大的治疗潜力。心力衰竭患者常合并痴呆症等神经系统疾病,因此,ChE及其抑制剂在心力衰竭中的临床研究受到广泛关注。本文综述了ChE及其抑制剂在心力衰竭中的作用机制,以及血清ChE水平在评估心力衰竭患者预后中的价值,探讨ChEI治疗心力衰竭的临床应用现状及研究方向,旨在为心力衰竭的预后评估和治疗方案提供新的思路。 Cholinesterase(ChE)is a key enzyme synthesized by liver that reflects the liver's reserve capacity.It primarily hydrolyzes the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and plays a vital role in various physiological processes,particularly in neural signal transmission.In recent years,cholinesterase inhibitors(ChEI)have been recognized for their significant therapeutic potential in neurological disorders.In clinical practice,heart failure often progresses with nervous system diseases such as dementia.Therefore,the clinical researches on ChE and its inhibitors in heart failure have received widespread attention.This article reviews the mechanism of action of ChE and ChEI in heart failure and the value of serum ChE levels in evaluating the prognosis of heart failure patients as well as the clinical application status and research direction of ChEI in the treatment of heart failure,aiming to provide new ideas for the prognosis evaluation and treatment plan of heart failure.
