摘要
目的在职业人群中研究甘油三脂-葡萄糖指数与动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。方法基于“基于移动健康技术的职业人群心血管病风险干预效果评价”项目,在全国范围内选取20家工作场所开展研究。收集职业人群的基本信息、体格检查以及实验室检查等资料。甘油三脂-葡萄糖指数计算公式为:Ln[TG(mg/dl)×FPG(mg/dl)/2]。采用逻辑回归以及限制性立方样条探索甘油三脂-葡萄糖指数与动脉粥样硬化风险之间的关系。结果本次研究中,共纳入2549例研究对象。平均年龄(44.3±10.1)岁,男性占比79.5%。逻辑回归结果显示,在调整相关影响因素后,甘油三脂-葡萄糖指数与动脉粥样硬化之间存在正相关性,(OR=1.33,95%CI 1.17~1.51);限制性立方样条结果显示,在整体人群中甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数与动脉粥样硬化之间呈现线性关系(P-Nonlinear=0.0836)。亚组分析结果显示,在非高血压人群中甘油三脂-葡萄糖指数与动脉粥样硬化之间呈现线性关系(P-Nonlinear=0.1089,OR=1.42,95%CI 1.12~1.80),而在高血压人群中,甘油三脂-葡萄糖指数与动脉粥样硬化之间呈现非线性关系(P-Nonlinear=0.0053,OR=1.21,95%CI0.98~1.51)。结论职业人群中,甘油三脂-葡萄糖指数与动脉粥样硬化风险之间存在正相关关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between triglyceride-glucose index and arteriosclerosis among the occupational population.Method Based on the“Evaluation of Cardiovascular Disease Risk Intervention Effect in Occupational Population Based on Mobile Health Technology”project,20 workplaces across the country were selected for the study.The basic information,physical examinations,and laboratory tests of the occupational population were collected.The triglyceride-glucose index was calculated as:Ln[TG(mg/dl)×FPG(mg/dl)/2].Logistic regression and restricted cubic splines were used to explore the relationship between triglyceride-glucose index and the risk of arteriosclerosis.Results A total of 2549 subjects were included.The average age was(44.3±10.1)years,with a male proportion of 79.5%.Logistic regression results indicated that after adjusting for related influencing factors,there was a positive correlation between triglyceride-glucose index and arteriosclerosis,with an odds ratio of 1.33(95%CI 1.17-1.51).The restricted cubic splines results showed a linear relationship between insulin resistance and arteriosclerosis in the overall population(P-Nonlinear=0.0836).Subgroup analysis revealed a linear relationship between insulin resistance and arteriosclerosis in the non-hypertensive population(P-Nonlinear=0.1089,OR=1.42,95%CI 1.12-1.80),whereas a nonlinear relationship was observed in the hypertensive population(P-Nonlinear=0.0053,OR=1.21,95%CI 0.98-1.51).Conclusion Among the occupational population,there is a positive correlation between triglyceride-glucose index and the risk of arteriosclerosis.
