摘要
为解决输液泵传统滴数传感器固定结构设置不合理而易导致设备误报警问题,设计一种滴数传感器的固定装置。该装置采用塑料加工,利用塑料的可塑性,通过卡装结构连接滴数传感器与设备把手,能够增加输液泵滴数传感器的稳定性,减少误报警频率。对比JMSOT-707C型输液泵加装滴数传感器固定装置前后的流速,显示加装装置后,采集到的流速数据误差均在最大允许误差±6%内,无论患者体位如何改变,输液泵在0~10 min、10~20 min、20~30 min时间段的流速均平稳,可有效减少输液泵误报警频率,使输液泵实现连续输液,并能保证药物注入患者体内时药速均匀,药量准确,提高临床医治效果。该装置操作简单、安全可靠,可应用于临床治疗。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional drop sensor fixing structure of the infusion pump was not ideal,which was easy to lead to false alarm of the equipment,a fixing device for the drop sensor was designed.The device was made of plastic,and the plasticity of the plastic was used to connect the drop sensor and the equipment handle through an over-tight fit clamping structure,which can increase the stability of the drop sensor of the infusion pump and reduce the frequency of false alarms.The flow rate of the JMS OT-707C infusion pump before and after the installation of the drop sensor fixing device was compared,it was shown that after the installation of the device,the error of the collected flow rate data was within the maximum allowable error of±6%,regardless of how the patient's position changed,the flow rate of the infusion pump in the time periods of 0 to 10 min,10 to 20 min,and 20 to 30 min was stable,which can effectively reduce the frequency of false alarms of the infusion pump,enable the infusion pump to achieve continuous infusion,and ensure uniform drug speed and accurate drug dosage,thereby improving the clinical treatment effect.The device is simple to operate,safe and reliable,and can be applied to clinical treatment.
