不同比例全株张杂谷青贮对育肥期肉牛生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响

Effects of different ratios of whole-plant Zhangzagu silage on growth performance,serum biochemical,antioxidant,and immune indicators of beef cattle during finishing period

摘要 试验旨在研究不同比例全株张杂谷青贮对育肥期肉牛生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取月龄相近、体重450 kg左右、健康的西门塔尔肉牛40头,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,10%替代组、20%替代组、30%替代组使用10%、20%、30%的全株张杂谷青贮替代玉米青贮。预试期15 d,正式试验期150 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,20%替代组肉牛平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著下降(P<0.05);粗脂肪(EE)和钙(Ca)的表观消化率显著增加(P<0.05),粗蛋白(CP)和磷(P)的表观消化率高于其他组(P>0.05)。20%和30%替代组肉牛血清中尿素氮(BUN)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,使用全株张杂谷青贮替代饲粮中20%玉米青贮可以提高肉牛的生长性能和抗氧化能力,改善肉牛血清生化指标和免疫性能。 The experiment aimed to study the effects of different proportions of whole-plant Zhangzagu silage on the growth performance,serum biochemical,antioxidant,and immune indicators of finishing beef cattle.A total of 40 healthy Simmental beef cattle with similar ages and a body weight of about 450 kg were randomly divided into four groups,with 10 replicates per group and one cattle per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the 10%replacement group,20%replacement group,and 30%replacement group used 10%,20%,and 30%of the whole-plant Zhangzagu silage to replace corn silage.The preliminary trial period was 15 days,and the formal experimental period was 150 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of beef cattle in the 20%replacement group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of crude fat(EE)and calcium(Ca)were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP)and phosphorus(P)were higher than that of other groups(P>0.05).The content of serum urea nitrogen(BUN)in the serum of beef cattle in the 20%and 30%replacement groups was extremely lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study suggests that replacing 20%of the corn silage in the diet with whole-plant Zhangzagu silage can improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of beef cattle,as well as improve the serum biochemical indicators and immune performance of beef cattle.
