摘要
试验旨在研究菌酶制剂对断奶澳湖羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用72只体重相近的雌性羔羊(50日龄左右断奶),随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组饲喂基础饲粮+0.15%菌酶制剂,试验2组饲喂基础饲粮+0.30%菌酶制剂,试验3组饲喂基础饲粮+0.45%菌酶制剂。试验期60 d。结果显示,试验2组、3组肉羊的末重和平均日增重显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组血清总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清白细胞介素-4含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加0.30%的菌酶制剂可以提高肉羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率,改善血清生化指标、免疫力及抗氧化能力。
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of bacterial enzyme preparation on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and serum biochemical indicators of weaned Aohu sheep.A total of 72 female lambs with similar body weights(around 50 days old and weaned)were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and six sheep in each replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,group 1 was fed a basic diet+0.15%bacterial enzyme preparation,group 2 was fed a basic diet+0.30%bacterial enzyme preparation,group 3 was fed a basic diet+0.45%bacterial enzyme preparation.The trial period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that the final weight and average daily weight gain of sheep in groups 2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in group 1 and the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in the test groups were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum total protein content in the test groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the serum total cholesterol content was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity and the concent of serum interleukin-4 were significantly higher in the test groups compared to the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 0.30%bacterial enzyme preparation to the diet can improve the growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,serum biochemical indexes,immunity and antioxidant capacity of mutton sheep.
