酶解豆粕对仔猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及免疫力的影响

摘要 试验旨在探究不同水平的酶解豆粕替代常规豆粕对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及免疫功能的影响。选择240头21日龄的仔猪随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。各组仔猪分别饲喂添加0、5%、10%和20%酶解豆粕的饲粮,预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组比,10%和20%酶解豆粕组仔猪的试验末重、平均日增重和总增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。10%和20%酶解豆粕组干物质和有机质的表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),5%、10%和20%酶解豆粕组组仔猪的粗蛋白和总能的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,10%和20%酶解豆粕组显著降低白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平(P<0.05),提高白细胞介素-10水平(P<0.05);10%和20%酶解豆粕组显著增加血清中免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M的水平(P<0.05),降低D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶和内毒素水平(P<0.05)。结果表明,酶解豆粕可以提高仔猪的生长性能、免疫功能,促进机体对营养物质的消化吸收,降低腹泻率,改善肠道健康。根据试验结果及饲粮生产成本考虑,酶解豆粕替代10%的常规豆粕较为适宜。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of enzymolysis soybean meal replacing conventional soybean meal on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and immune function of weaned piglets.A total of two hundred and forty 21-day-old piglets were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate.The piglets in each group were fed diets supplemented with 0,5%,10%,and 20%enzymolysis soybean meal,respectively,the pre-feeding period was seven days and the formal experiment period was 28 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,average daily weight gain and total weight gain of piglets in the 10%and 20%enzymolysis soybean meal groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter and organic matter of the 10%and 20%enzymolysis soybean meal groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of crude protein and total energy were significantly higher in the piglets in the 5%,10%,and 20%enzymolysis soybean meal groups than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 10%and 20%enzymatically digested soybean meal groups significantly decreased the levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(P<0.05),and increased the level of interleukin-10(P<0.05).The 10%and 20%enzymatically digested soybean meal groups significantly increased the levels of serum immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M(P<0.05),and decreased the levels of D-lactic acid,diamine oxidase,and endotoxin(P<0.05).The study indicates that enzymatically digested soybean meal can improve the growth performance,immune function of piglets,promote the body's digestion and absorption of nutrients,reduce the rate of diarrhea,and improve intestinal health.According to the results of this experiment and feed production cost considerations,enzymatic soybean meal is more appropriate to replace 10%of conventional soybean meal.
