摘要
以商业专利数据库为数据源,以四川地区核工业为研究对象,通过专利计量、数据加工、数据可视化等方法,对全球、中国和四川核工业领域专利的申请趋势和技术构成进行统计和对比分析,并对行业专利生命周期发展进行分析;通过对全球核工业领域头部企业的专利布局热点进行对比分析,得出我国技术发展优势;通过对四川核技术头部企业综合竞争力及其在各细分领域的专利布局进行对比分析,得出四川企业技术知识产权工作建议。
Using commercial patent databases as data sources and focusing on the Sichuan region,this paper employed patent metrics,data processing,and data visualization methods to statistically analyze and compare the trends and technological composition of patents in the nuclear industry worldwide,in China,and specifically in Sichuan.The paper also forecast the development of industry patent lifecycles.By comparing the patent strategies of leading global nuclear industry companies,the study aimed to identify the technological development directions for China.Additionally,by comparing the comprehensive competitiveness of leading Sichuan enterprises and their patent strategies across various subfields,the paper provided insights and recommendations on the key areas of technological development for Sichuan companies.
