专利检索是提升专利审查质量和审查效率的关键环节,把握智能检索技术的应用特点、理解智能检索的技术原理、用好智能语义检索的干预手段对于提高专利检索效率、提升审查质量来说至关重要。本文以国家知识产权局专利审查和检索系统为主要示例,阐述检索系统的发展现状,深度挖掘智能检索技术的特点、揭示自然语言理解和语义检索的实质原理,并结合实际案例深入探索如何充分利用语义检索、语义分词、权重调整等干预手段来切实提高专利检索效率。

Intelligent retrieval technology is a key link in improving the quality and efficiency of patent examination,grasping the application characteristics of intelligent retrieval,understanding the technical principles of intelligent retrieval,and making good use of intelligent semantic retrieval methods are crucial for improving patent search efficiency and examination quality.This article takes the patent examination and retrieval system of the CNIPA as the main example to explain the current development status of retrieval systems,deeply explore the characteristics of intelligent retrieval technology,reveal the substantive principles of natural language understanding and semantic retrieval,and combine practical cases to explore how to fully utilize intervention methods such as semantic retrieval,semantic segmentation,and weight adjustment to effectively improve patent retrieval efficiency.
