Systematic Evaluation of Competitive Advantage of China's Emergency Industry:Based on Principal Component Analysis and DEA-DA Method

应急产业是我国应急管理能力提升的基础与支撑。在理论分析我国应急产业竞争力影响因素的基础上,构建评价指标体系,使用2022年我国22个省份截面数据展开实证分析,结果显示:我国应急产业发展区域集中度高,空间分布不均;内在与外在因素共同决定我国应急产业竞争优势的提升。因此,应当因地制宜,优化区域应急产业结构;注重内外在因素协调发展,赋能应急产业高质量发展。

Emergency industry is the basis and support for upgrading of China's emergency management ability.Based on the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the competitiveness of China's emergency industry,the evaluation index system is constructed,and the empirical analysis is carried out using the cross-sectional data of 22 provinces in 2022.The results show that the development of China's emergency industry has a high regional concentration and uneven spatial distribution firstly.Secondly,internal and external factors jointly determine the improvement of competitive advantage in China's emergency industry.Therefore,the regional emergency industry structure should be optimized according to local conditions.It needs to pay attention to the coordinated development of internal and external factors,so as to enable the high-quality development of the emergency industry.
