摘要
目的 探索构建岗位胜任力为导向的神经外科硕士研究生住院医师教学体系。方法 从培养目标的完善和调整、标准化平台建设、教学模式、科研教学模块、考核方式5个方面进行改革,综合构建新的教学体系。选取2022年4月—2023年3月在绍兴市人民医院神经外科进行轮转的外科学医学硕士专业学位研究生为对象,教学体系改革前的住院医师为对照组(n=20),教学体系改革后的住院医师为观察组(n=20)。评价指标包括理论知识、临床思维、实践操作能力考核及满意度评价,其中满意度包括对教学方式、考核方式、提高学习自信、提高沟通能力、提高操作能力5个方面。结果 观察组的理论知识、临床思维、实践操作能力考核及满意度评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 岗位胜任力为导向的神经外科硕士研究生住院医师教学体系有助于多方位提升医住院医师的岗位胜任力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the construction of a competency-oriented teaching system for resident physicians with master's degree in neurosurgery.Methods We constructed the teaching system based on five aspects:the improvement and adjustment of training goal,the construction of standardization platform,the reform of teaching model,the reform of scientific research and teaching module,and the reform of examination mode.Post graduation master who studied in the Neurosurgery Department of Shaoxing People's Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 participated in the study.Students using the new teaching system and the old teaching system were designated into the experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20),respectively.Evaluation indicators were comprised of theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking,practical operation ability and satisfaction.The satisfaction indicators included the teaching method,the assessment method,the improvement of learning confidence,the improvement of communication ability and the improvement of operation ability.Results The theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking,practical operation ability and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The reformed competency-oriented teaching system for postgraduation masters of neurosurgery is effective in improving the competence of medical students and worth spreading.
