摘要
目的 探讨TBL教案设计培训对住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)带教师资培训的应用效果,分析影响TBL教案编写质量的相关因素。方法 选取2023年11月—2023年12月江门市中心医院分2批次参与广东省住培普通师资培训班的218名指导医师作为研究对象,采用问卷的方式评价住培TBL教案设计师资培训课程的学习效果,采用TBL完整教案评分的方式评价培训后3个月对指导医师教学态度与行为的影响。结果 56.4%的指导医师此前未接受过TBL教案设计培训,培训前81.7%的指导医师希望学习TBL教案设计方法。指导医师在培训结束时对TBL教案设计方法的掌握程度评分明显提高[4(3,4)比2(1,3),P <0.01],培训后3个月内有66.1%(144/218)的指导医师主动完成并提交TBL完整教案,其中52.1%(75/144)的TBL完整教案设计科学合理且编写规范。非手术科室和具备研究生学历的指导医师编写TBL完整教案的质量更优(P<0.05)。结论 该院住培TBL教案设计师资培训现场学习效果满意,但TBL完整教案编写的主动性和质量仍有待提高,需在培训后通过持续教案编写指导与激励机制以巩固培训成果。
Objective To explore the application effect of TBL teaching plan design training on teacher training for tutors of the Program of Standardized Residency Training,and analyze the related factors affecting the quality of TBL teaching plan compilation.Methods From November to December 2023,218 tutors who participated in the Guangdong General Practitioner Training Course in 2 batches in Jiangmen Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The on-site learning effect of TBL teaching plan design training course was evaluated by questionnaire self-evaluation,and the influence on the teaching attitude and behavior of tutors three months after training was evaluated by TBL complete teaching plan score.Results 56.4%of the tutors had not received TBL teaching plan design training before,and 81.7%of them hoped to learn the TBL teaching plan design.Their score on the mastery of TBL teaching plan design was improved obviously after training[4(3,4)compared with 2(1,3),P<0.001].Within three months after the training,66.1%(144/218)of the tutors voluntarily completed and submitted the complete teaching plan of TBL,and among them,52.1%(75/144)of the complete teaching plans of TBL were scientifically and reasonably designed and standardized.The quality of TBL complete teaching plans prepared by tutors from non-surgical departments and with graduate education was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The on-site learning effect of TBL teaching plan design training in this hospital is satisfactory,but the initiative and quality of TBL complete teaching plan writing still need to be improved,and the training results need to be consolidated through continuous teaching plan writing guidance and incentive mechanism after training.
