PDCA循环在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of PDCA cycle on standardized training for general resident dentists

目的 研究PDCA循环在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用价值。方法 选取许昌市中心医院口腔全科基地轮转1年以上的住院医师41人,随机分组,观察组20人,对照组21人。观察组在传统教学模式的基础上引入PDCA循环提升教学质量,对照组采用传统教学模式;比较两组理论、技能考核成绩及接诊病人的Mini-CEX评价成绩。结果 观察组理论成绩、技能成绩、Mini-CEX评价分数优于对照组,末次成绩均优于首次成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔全科住培教学中引入PDCA循环,有助于发现并解决问题,优化教学方式,激发住院医师的学习积极性,是提升口腔全科住培质量的有效方法之一。

Objective To study the application value of PDCA cycle on the practice of clinical training teaching methods for general resident dentists.Methods A total of 41 residents who had studied in the standardized training base of oral general practitioners in Xuchang Central Hospital for more than one year were randomly divided into two groups,including 20 in the experimental group(EG)and 21 in the control group(CG).The CG used traditional teaching mode.In the EG,PDCA cycle was introduced to improve the teaching quality on the basis of traditional teaching mode.The teaching effect was compared between the two groups by theoretical and skill assessment results of residents and Mini-CEX evaluation results of patients.Results For theoretical scores,skill scores and Mini-CEX scores of the two groups,the last scores of the EG and the CG were better than the first scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The EG was superior to the CG in the last score of theoretical score,skill score,Mini-CEX scale score and total score,and the influence of teaching methods on the final score was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the first offects of the scores of each dimension and total score on their last scores(P>0.05).Conclusion The introduction of PDCA cycle in the teaching of oral general practice residency training is helpful for us to find and solve problems,optimize teaching methods and stimulate residents'learning enthusiasm,which is one of the effective methods to improve the teaching quality of oral general practice residency training.
