外源GA_(3)处理对辣椒半矮秆突变体果实表型和生理指标的影响

Effects of Exogenous GA_(3) Treatment on Fruit Phenotype and Physiological Characteristics of an Semi-dwarf Mutant in Pepper

摘要 以野生型6421和半矮秆突变体E483为试材,采用不同浓度(0、10、20、40、60、80、100 mg·L^(-1))GA_(3)分别连续喷施二者幼嫩果15 d,研究GA_(3)处理对果实表型和生理指标的影响,以期为后续了解GA_(3)调控的辣椒果实突变机理提供参考依据。结果表明:E483较6421果实变小、果柄变短,单果质量显著降低,4个品质指标(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C和纤维素)含量和3种抗氧化酶(过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR))活性显著升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低。GA_(3)处理可促进6421、E483果实发育,二者果长、果宽、果柄宽和单果质量均随着GA_(3)处理浓度的增加而增加,果柄长随着GA_(3)处理浓度的增加先升高后略下降。GA_(3)喷施浓度为80~100 mg·L^(-1)时,E483果实表型可恢复至野生型6421对照表型。同时,GA_(3)处理还可提高6421、E483果实内在品质和抗逆能力,二者果实中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和维生素C含量均随着GA_(3)处理浓度的增加先升高后略降低,纤维素含量一直升高,CAT、POD活性一直增加或先增加后略有降低,GR活性先增加后略有降低,而MDA含量一直降低。 The wild type 6421and its semi-dwarf mutant E483were used as the test materials to observe the effects of gibberellin treatment on fruit phenotype and physiological characteristics.Different concentrations(0,10,20,40,60,80,100mg·L^(-1))of GA_(3)were used to continuously spray the young fruits of 6421and E483for 15days,in order to provide reference for the subsequent understanding of the mechanism of pepper fruit mutation regulated by GA_(3).The results showed that compared with 6421,E483had smaller fruit,shorter fruit stalk,significantly lower single fruit weight.The contents of four quality indicatorss(soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and cellulose content)and the activities of three antioxidant enzymes(CAT,POD,GR)activity were significantly increased,while the MDA content was significantly decreased in E483fruits.GA_(3)treatment could promote the fruit development of 6421and E483.The fruit length,fruit width,fruit stalk width and single fruit weight all increased while the fruit stalk length first increased and then dropped slightly with the increase of GA_(3) solution concentration.When the GA_(3) spray concentration was 80-100mg·L^(-1),the phenotype of E483fruit could return to the phenotype of wild type 6421control.At the same time,GA_(3)treatment could also improve the intrinsic quality and stress resistance of the fruits of 6421and E483.As the concentration of GA_(3)solution increased,the soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C content in both fruits first increased and then slightly decreased,the cellulose content continued to increase,the CAT and POD activities increased or first increased and then decreased slightly,and the GR activity first increased and then decreased slightly,while the MDA content kept decreasing.
