摘要
以添加复合益生菌的蛹虫草和对照组蛹虫草鲜品为试材,通过高通量测序技术进行转录组测序分析,采用生物信息学方法对差异基因进行功能注释和通路分析,研究了蛹虫草栽培过程中添加复合益生菌诱导抵抗白毛病对蛹虫草基因表达变化的影响,以期为栽培过程中添加复合益生菌提高蛹虫草抗病效果提供参考依据。结果表明:添加复合益生菌的蛹虫草其抗病效果明显,病情指数下降71.1%,差异表达基因共有801个。富集到20条代谢通路。差异基因主要参与乙烯信号转导、调控植物抗毒素的合成和其他与细胞壁加厚相关次生代谢产物的合成、赖氨酸和苯丙氨酸的代谢。表明复合益生菌的加入可以有效激活MAPK信号通路-植物、植物-病原体互作和赖氨酸降解途径,从而提高蛹虫草在生长过程中的抗病能力。
Cordyceps militaris with compound probiotics added and fresh Cordyceps militaris in control group were used as test materials,transcriptome sequencing was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology,and functional annotation and pathway analysis of differential genes were performed by bioinformatics methods.The effect of adding complex probiotics to induce resistance to white disease on gene expression changes of Cordyceps militaris during cultivation was studied,in order to provide reference for adding compound probiotics during the cultivation process to improve the disease resistance of Cordyceps militaris.The results showed that Cordyceps militaris with the addition of composite probiotics had a significant disease resistance effect,with a 71.1%decrease in disease index and a total of 801differentially expressed genes.Enriched into 20metabolic pathways.Differential genes were mainly involved in ethylene signal transduction,regulating the synthesis of plant antitoxins and other secondary metabolites related to cell wall thickening,as well as the metabolism of lysine and phenylalanine.The addition of composite probiotics could effectively activate the MAPK signaling pathway plant pathogen interaction and lysine degradation pathway,thereby improving the disease resistance of Cordyceps militaris during its growth process.
