数字经济赋能新疆果业提质增效的机制和进路研究

Research on the Mechanism and Approach of Empowering Xinjiang Fruit Industry With Digital Economy to Improve Quality and Efficiency

以新疆果业为例,探讨数字经济赋能实体经济高质量发展问题。新疆果业存在年度增加值增长滞缓、果业中间投入成本逐年攀升、利润率却逐年走低、果业对关联性行业的供给侧助力作用减弱等问题和挑战。研究表明:数字经济与新疆果业融合发展则能有效消除目前新疆果业的上述问题、有效应对面临的挑战;果业核心行业数字化、果业关联性产业数字化、果业产业网络数字化是数字经济赋能新疆果业的3个梯级;果品新品种和新加工产品研发数字化、产业链管治数字化、果业产品生产和销售服务数字化是数字经济赋能新疆果业的核心内容。综上,提出促动新疆果业积极进行数字化转型,强化支持政策的精准性、实效性、整体性、时代性及协调性。

The study took Xinjiang′s fruit industry as an example to explore the issue of digital economy empowering high-quality development of the real economy.The Xinjiang fruit industry faced problems and challenges such as sluggish annual value added growth,increasing intermediate input costs,declining profit margins,and weakened supply side support for related industries.Research has found that the integrated development of digital economy and Xinjiang fruit industry can effectively eliminate the above-mentioned problems and respond to the challenges faced by Xinjiang fruit industry.The digitalization of core industries in the fruit industry,related industries in the fruit industry,and the digitalization of the fruit industry network were the three tiers that empower Xinjiang′s fruit industry with the digital economy.The digitization of research and development of new fruit varieties and processed products,the digitization of industrial chain governance,and the digitization of fruit production and sales services were the core contents of empowering Xinjiang′s fruit industry with the digital economy.In summary,it was proposed to promote the digital transformation of Xinjiang′s fruit industry and strengthen the precision,effectiveness,comprehensiveness,timeliness,and coordination of supporting policies.
